Sydney is here to help you connect your mind, body, and soul through breath, movement, and meditation! She is a 400 hour Registered Yoga Alliance Instructor; 200 hours completed Internationally in Amorgos, Greece and 200 hours at Balance Hot Yoga in Cedar Falls. She has studied Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Meditation, Breath Work, Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy as well as teaching as much as possible throughout the past 4 years! Focusing on spreading positivity, self-love and empowerment, Sydney looks forward to extending a warm welcome to everyone in class or private sessions!
