 Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
• Greet and check in all clients in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Collaborate with team members to improve client satisfaction and overall experience.
• Meet daily cleaning expectations. This includes folding laundry, sweeping, dusting, cleaning offices and bathrooms, mopping, etc.
• Complete all assigned tasks such as posting on social media, organizing products, compiling information, calling clients with updates, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work at least two Saturdays per month from 8:30am-2:30pm.
• Must have late afternoon and early evening availability throughout the week.
• Must be able to start working early-mid December 2024.
• Customer service, money handling, and cleaning experience is preferred.
• Must be timely, confident, organized, and compassionate.
• Follow business casual dress code, or scrubs.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Requirements:

• Have licensure needed to practice therapy in the state of Iowa
• Greet clients in a friendly manner
• Communicate with management and receptionists

• See 25+ clients per week, in person and via telehealth

Requirements:

• Perform all appointments, and meet client needs to the best of your ability
• Must be positive, motivated, and hardworking
• Experience and additional trainings are ideal but not necessary
• Full-time, offering 30+ hours/week (about 25 total massage hours)
• Follow business casual dress code, or scrubs
