Full-Time Customer Service Representative 

Transcend Mind-Body Wellness is a locally owned holistic wellness clinic dedicated to supporting overall mind and body health. Our services include mental health counseling and medication management, massage therapy, esthetics, infrared sauna sessions, and wellness retail products.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable, motivated, and personable full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a positive, wellness-focused workplace.

• $18/hour
• Full-time
• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Serve as the primary front-desk receptionist during scheduled hours
• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phones, respond to questions, and schedule appointments
• Process payments and assist with administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and treatment spaces
• Assist with social media content and marketing efforts as needed
• Learn and maintain knowledge of all Transcend services to educate clients and support staff
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and assist team members as needed

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in health, wellness, and holistic care
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Business casual (nice jeans permitted)
