Requirements:

• 15-20 hours/week. Must be available to work a few shifts each week from 7:30am-12pm, any additional availability is great. Must work two Saturdays per month 8:30am-2:30pm.
• Work as receptionist when clocked in. Perform typical receptionist duties including answering client questions, scheduling appointments, taking payments, answering the phone, sending faxes, etc.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
• Customer service experience ideal
• Business casual dress code, nice jeans are permitted.
• Must have an interest in wellness, and gain a good knowledge of all of Transcend’s services in order to answer client questions and educate staff
• Must have outstanding multi-tasking skills
• Must be positive, motivated, confident, timely, ambitious, and reliable
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

• Have licensure needed to practice therapy in the state of Iowa
• Greet clients in a friendly manner
• Communicate with management and receptionists
• Follow business casual dress code, or scrubs
• Must be organized, timely, self-sufficient, and positive

• Experience and additional trainings are ideal but not necessary
