If you are interested in working with Morgan, please call the clinic at 319.553.6919 to schedule.
At your initial appointment, you will be given a packet to complete prior to seeing your provider. The information you provide is necessary to start her detective-like work and prepare for your evaluation. Morgan will utilize the history obtained in the first visit from the packet of information and her one on one info gathering session with you, to begin to formulate your treatment plan. This appointment must take place in person and you should plan to be at the clinic for 1.5 hours.
Your first follow up appointment will be 1-2 weeks after where you will meet again with Morgan to determine the direction of preferred treatment, whether it be through pharmaceutical and therapeutic management or additional testing to uncover the root cause of the symptoms. During this visit, the two of you will review your history, obtain additional information, and determine your treatment goals.
Follow up appointments thereafter will be determined based upon client needs and direction of treatment.
