Meet Britney!

Britney is a registered nurse who enjoys building relationships with others. She has worked in the long-term care setting, Western Home Communities, for many years before recently graduating from Allen College where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree.  She wanted to obtain her Bachelor’s degree because she has a passion for helping others on their health and wellness journeys. Britney wanted to work at a place like Transcend rather than a more fast-paced job, such as a hospital, so that she has the time to get to know clients and build relationships with them by seeing them on a regular basis. Britney plans on furthering her education and obtaining her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree, and we have no doubt that she will excel in that program as well as at Transcend. She is very interested in a holistic approach to bettering one's mental and physical health, so she is the perfect fit for Transcend! Britney is native to Cedar Falls and is very excited to be able to serve in a community she has grown up in.  Britney spends her time at Transcend working alongside Morgan, PMHNP and owner of Transcend, and with her clients. On top of that, Britney does IV/IM therapy! If you come in for a service, you may see Britney walking around - say hi! She would love to meet you.  In her free time Britney enjoys traveling with her friends.
